Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the YASCuts platform. Please read them carefully — they explain your rights, your responsibilities, and ours.

Plain English summary: Use YASCuts honestly, respect other users and salon partners, only book appointments you intend to keep, and do not try to game the review system. In return, we will work hard to give you the best barbershop discovery and booking experience in Kuwait.
Acceptance of Terms
Agreement
By accessing or using YASCuts ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By using YASCuts, you represent that you meet this age requirement. Minors may use the platform only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on their behalf.
Changes to Terms
YASCuts reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Accounts & Registration
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@yascuts.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. YASCuts reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts with false or misleading information.
One Account Per Person
Each individual or business entity may maintain only one active account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, manipulate reviews, or abuse promotions is strictly prohibited.
Booking & Cancellation
Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation notification from YASCuts. You are responsible for arriving at the booked time and location. YASCuts facilitates bookings between customers and salons but is not a party to the service agreement.
Cancellations by Customers
You may cancel or reschedule a booking through the Platform. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time may be subject to restrictions set by the individual salon. Check the salon's cancellation policy before booking.
Cancellations by Salons
Salons may cancel bookings in exceptional circumstances. In such cases, YASCuts will notify you promptly and assist you in rebooking at the same or an alternative salon.
Home Service
For home service bookings, you are responsible for providing a safe, accessible environment for the barber. Home service fees are charged separately and are non-refundable once the barber has departed for your location.
Salon Partners
Listing Accuracy
Salon owners are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including services, pricing, availability, and photographs. YASCuts does not guarantee the accuracy of salon-provided information but will take action against salons that consistently provide false information.
Service Standards
Salons listed on YASCuts agree to deliver services as described, maintain a clean and safe environment, honour confirmed bookings, and treat all customers with respect regardless of nationality, religion, or background.
Price Accuracy
The price displayed at time of booking is the price you will be charged. Salons may not charge customers amounts higher than displayed on the Platform without the customer's explicit prior consent.
Suspension & Removal
YASCuts reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove salon listings for violations of these Terms, repeated negative reviews, fraudulent activity, or failure to maintain service standards.
Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Kuwaiti law; post false, misleading, or defamatory reviews; attempt to manipulate ratings or reviews; use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Platform; impersonate another person or entity; upload malicious software or attempt to compromise the security of the Platform; use the Platform to send unsolicited communications (spam); or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure.
Review Integrity
Reviews must be based on genuine experiences. Salon owners and their employees may not post reviews of their own salon. Customers may not post reviews in exchange for payment, free services, or other incentives.
Intellectual Property
YASCuts Content
All content created by YASCuts — including the platform design, logos, software, and written content — is owned by YASCuts and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. "YASCuts" and "ياس كتس" are trademarks of YASCuts. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
User Content
By submitting reviews, photos, or other content to the Platform, you grant YASCuts a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Platform. You retain ownership of your content and may request its removal at any time.
Limitation of Liability
Platform as Intermediary
YASCuts is a booking platform connecting customers with independent barbershops. We are not responsible for the quality of services provided by salons, any injuries or losses arising from salon visits, or disputes between customers and salons.
Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, YASCuts' total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to YASCuts (platform fees, if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. YASCuts does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
Governing Law & Disputes
Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuwait.
Dispute Resolution
We encourage you to contact us first at support@yascuts.com to resolve any disputes informally. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve issues within 30 days of receiving your complaint.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
